- You should really be only in front of the screen about 4 hrs with breaks in between the 4hrs. example 5 minutes every hour or 15 minutes every 2 hours.
- The way you sit in front of the screen also effects you. (look at the picture below).
- Adjust the sit so that you can see the screen at its best dont make the sit to high or to low as this may course neck problems after while or after a long period of time.
- alway sit stright so that your back is leaning agist the back of the chair.
- If there are problems involing in your hieght (tall or short) there are things that can make you fell better. for example if you have short legs and your legs are dangling above the floor you can get a wege like int he picture below to help you ... for example for a tall person you could get a taller table to help stop your legs hittin the table.
- there are also a few products now that you can by int he shops to help you provent any ache or pains... like a mouse write support (look below)
